(\u201c<strong>Midland<\/strong>\u201d) (<strong>TSX-V: MD<\/strong>) is pleased to announce the exercise of warrants of Midland, for an aggregate amount of $1,750,300, at a price of $1.15 per share. Such warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement closed in May 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midland will use the proceeds to fund exploration works on properties located in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Midland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Midland targets the excellent mineral potential of Quebec to make the discovery of new world-class deposits of gold, platinum group elements and base metals.
